We are an approved installer on the CHiL framework, the central retrofit delivery scheme managed by Rhea Projects on behalf of 15 Lancashire local authorities.
We are already on the framework and carrying out installations through it. Every property is assessed, coordinated and installed by our own team, fully compliant with PAS 2035 and lodged through TrustMark. The team is here and the work is well underway.
Through CHiL we deliver multi-measure retrofit covering Solar PV, air source heat pumps, storage heaters, insulation and all associated electrical works. One company, one contract, one point of contact from first survey to final lodgement.
We are set up and ready for Warm Homes Plan delivery from 2026/27. The accreditations are current, the team is in place and with 731 measures already installed through CHiL, we have the track record to support it.
