About Us
Built on doing things properly.

We're an NICEIC approved electrical contractor and MCS certified renewable energy installer, founded six years ago with a straightforward idea. One company that takes care of the whole job, from the first survey right through to the final lodgement. That means our people carry out the Solar PV, heat pump, storage heater, insulation and electrical work themselves. All staff are DBS checked.

As a full-service electrical contractor we also carry out rewires, consumer unit upgrades, fire alarm systems, intruder alarms, emergency lighting, periodic inspection and testing, and EV charger installations. Whether it's a funded retrofit programme or a commercial electrical project, the same qualified team delivers the work.

We're already on the framework and carrying out installations through it. Every property is assessed, coordinated and installed by our own team, fully compliant with PAS 2035 and lodged through TrustMark. There's no waiting on our side. The team is here and the work is well underway.

Through CHiL we deliver multi-measure retrofit covering Solar PV, air source heat pumps, storage heaters, insulation and all associated electrical works. One company, one contract, one point of contact from first survey to final lodgement.

We're set up and ready for Warm Homes Plan delivery from 2026/27. The accreditations are current, the team is in place and with 731 measures already installed through CHiL, we have the track record to support it.

PAS 2035 qualified Retrofit Assessors and Coordinators on our team. We look after the full pathway, from dwelling surveys and improvement plans through to coordinating measures and lodging the completed work.

How We Work
How we look after your project.
Most retrofit programmes involve three or four different companies. An assessor, a coordinator, separate installers for each measure, and somebody in the middle trying to hold it all together. We take a different approach. We do it all ourselves, with our own people, under one roof.
We assess the property ourselves
Our own PAS 2035 Retrofit Assessors survey every dwelling and put together the improvement plan. Because the assessor and the installer work for the same company, the recommendations reflect what can actually be delivered on site.

We coordinate the whole programme
A dedicated Retrofit Coordinator looks after your programme from the first survey to the final lodgement. Scheduling, measure sequencing, quality checks and householder communications all sit with one person who knows the job inside out.
Single Point of Contact
We install with our own team
Solar PV, air source heat pumps, storage heaters, insulation and all associated electrical works. Every measure is carried out by Three Phase employees. The same people come back each day, they know the site, and they take pride in the work.

We handle every piece of compliance
TrustMark lodgement, MCS certification, EPC updates and all supporting documentation. Every job is photographed, evidenced and ready for audit before we leave site.

Air Source Heat Pump Installation
Multi-measure retrofit across a portfolio of council properties. Solar PV, air source heat pumps, storage heaters and insulation delivered under HUG 1, HUG 2, LAD 1, LAD 2 and the Warm Homes Local Grant, with full PAS 2035 compliance from initial assessment through to lodgement.
Rooftop Solar PV Installation
Design and installation of a rooftop Solar PV system with battery storage and EV charging for a commercial premises in Lancashire. Full electrical design, DNO application and commissioning handled by our team.
Ground Mount Solar PV Array
Heat pump and Solar PV installations across off-gas island properties in some of the hardest-to-reach parts of the country. We looked after the full project end to end, including ferry logistics, materials coordination and local accommodation for our teams.
